Questions about payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

On thirstforgreat.com you can pay only by payment card. We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VisaDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and JCB.

Is it safe to pay online by payment card?                                                                           

Yes, it is safe! 
Your card information is sent from thirstforgreat.com to PBS over a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Thirstforgreat.com does not store your card information.

When will you withdraw money from my account?                                                              

We withdraw money from your account when your order is dispatched.

 

Questions about shipping and delivery 

Can I pick up my order at your Brand Store?                                                           

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to pick up orders directly from our Brand Store. However, our webshop and our Brand Store carry the same products, so you can always find your desired merchandise in our Brand Store.

What is your standard delivery time?

We can not specify the standard delivery time as it varies depending were in the world the package is shipped to. 

How much do you charge for delivery?                                                                                 

The delivery charge depends on which country you are in. You can always see the charge in the check out window, before you proceed to payment.

What if I am not at home when the postman delivers my parcel?

We only use UPS for delivering our orders. If you are not at home, when UPS arrives with your order, UPS will leave a note with directions to where you may pick up your parcel.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Since we pack all incoming orders as soon as we receive them, you should contact us as quick as possible if you want to change your order.                                
If we have not yet executed your order, you may change it. If your order has been executed we cannot make changes to it.

I want to change my shipping address, what do I do?                                                     

Since we pack all incoming orders as soon as we receive them, you should contact us as quickly as possible if you want to change your shipping address. 
If we have not yet executed your order, you may change your shipping address. If your order has already been executed, we cannot make changes to your shipping address.

How can I trace my order?

All parcels are shipped through UPS. As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with a track and trace code. On www.ups.com  you can trace your shipment. Be aware that it may take up to 12 hours for UPS to register your shipment.

 

Questions about our products

Can I buy other products than the ones shown in the webshop?

The range of products in our webshop corresponds to the products sold in our Brand Store.

Over the years many people have received or bought various pieces of Carlsberg or Tuborg merchandise. If you are unable to find a particular product in our webshop, the product has been discontinued from our product range and is no longer available for purchase.
You will also find various pieces of merchandise in cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs, stores, etc. Some of these products are distributed only to Carlsberg customers, and you will not be able to purchase them in our webshop or our Brand Store. 

I have questions about a given product. To whom do I direct my questions?                    

We endeavour to write elaborate descriptions of all our products in the webshop. If you need additional information about a product, you are welcome to contact us via email: shopshared@carlsberg.com

 

Having received your order 

I have ordered the wrong size. How do I exchange it?                                           

Sometimes a size does not fit and sometimes the product does not live up to your expectations when you try it on at home. With our exchange guarantee you have the full right of return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. You can also exchange the product in our Brand Store. 

I am having second thoughts about the products and I want to return them? 

You have full right of return. Should you regret your purchase, you can return any product within 30 days of the day you received your order. The product should be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it in. You must pay the cost of return shipping. Your payment will be refunded to your account the day we receive your return parcel. We kindly ask you to fill out a return form to be included in your return parcel, stating your order number. We will then reimburse your purchase.
